Xmas Fun Day

It is that time of the year again, where we come together to celebrate another wonderful year of Bonsai.

This is a free catered club member only event Saturday 13th December

East Gosford Lions Club 10am-2pm (RSVP details via club member email)

The day will feature

· 10am Arrival, Drinks & Nibbles & set up your themed tree that relates in some way to something from the 80’s (there will be someone there from 9am onwards, so feel free to come along to help set up if you are so inclined.)

· 10:30 –11:15   Start & commencement of the Bonsai Styling “Getting Lost” Tag team event.

· 11:20         Voting for “Best Dressed” & “Best Guessed” Tree displays. Bonsai Sales starts.

· 12pm-1pm    Catered Lunch

· 1Pm            Annual Club Awards & Bench Competition Awards

· 2Pm          Bonsai Sales ends & Lucky Door Prizes drawn.

The themed tree competition is "Something significant/ significant to you from the 80's"

I will also be seeking willing participants (12 people) to be part of the "Getting Lost Bonsai Styling" Event.

We will also be holding a members sale area, as we have some donated trees to offer, and we thought some of you might have some Bonsai/ Bonsai related materials you might like to offer for sale. (10% of sales go to club from club members sales)
